The pump pipe is also called pump truck boom pipe. The pump truck pipe and automobile pump pipe are installed on the pump truck boom to transport the concrete to the required height and distance.

The thickness of the pump pipe includes 4.5mm and 4.8mm. The wall thickness of 4.5mm is mainly used on the pump truck below 40m. If your pump truck exceeds 40m, please choose the one with wall thickness of 4.8mm.

The pump pipe is welded with alloy steel pipe. After high-temperature quenching, a 2.0mm layer is formed on the inner wall of the pump pipe, and the layer hardness reaches more than HRC60. Standard 12 flanges are welded at both ends and sets with hardness more than 60 are embedded to increase the delivery capacity of concrete.
